Pianos are fragile yet extremely heavy, which makes them a real challenge to move.
With our highly experienced piano moving team, you can rest assured that your instrument will be effectively protected from strong vibrations, impacts, and humidity.
We know that your piano must remain as stable as possible during handling to avoid any damage. That’s why we carefully remove certain accessories beforehand, such as the legs, the music stand, and the desk, to reduce its size.
We use stretch plastic wrap to keep the keyboard lid and top lid securely closed, and then cover the entire instrument with thick blankets, fastened with straps or additional plastic.
We take great care when maneuvering in staircases and narrow passages. We use a special moving dolly or strong lifting harnesses to ensure safe handling. In some cases, we may even hoist the piano (through a balcony or patio door) to maintain its stability.
Once inside the truck, your piano is secured tightly with straps so it won’t move at all during transport.
